Olivia has extensive governance experience in the not-for-profit sector, including her current roles as Board Chair of Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Rārua and the Mātauranga Iwi Leaders Group of the National Iwi Chairs Forum. She has spent a decade working in the tertiary sector and is currently the Regional Executive Director for Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology (NMIT) as well as Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki (WITT).
