Six years have passed since the Supreme Court win.

Despite hoping for a proactive response from the Crown and specifically the Attorney-General, David Parker, who is leading the Crown’s response to the case, we have instead been drawn into further litigation in our efforts to enforce the Supreme Court’s decision and protect against the further loss of land in Te Tau Ihu.
